Synopsis:
On Tuesday 6/10/2025, at approximately 2:21 PM, the victim was walking northbound along the sidewalk on W Military Dr on thewest side of the street. As the victim was walking across Westfield along thecrosswalk, he was struck by a black four door Nissan Altima. The driver of the Nissan Altima was traveling eastbound on Westfield, drove into the westbound lanes of travel and appeared to intentionally strike the victim with the Nissan Altima. After the Nissan Altima struck the victim, the driver fled the scene by continuing to drive eastbound on Westfield and disregarding the red light on Military Dr.
