Synopsis:
On Sunday, May 14, 2023, at 4:38 AM, while driving eastbound on Huebner Rd near Floyd Curl Dr, the victim’s vehicle was passed by a black sedan with at least 3 occupants unknown to the victim. The driver of the suspect vehicle stopped the black sedan at the entrance of a strip mall to wait for the victim’s vehicle to approach. Two male passengers in the vehicle exited the vehicle and discharged two different firearms at the victim, striking her vehicle. The victim was injured by glass debris striking her face as a result. The suspect vehicle fled eastbound toward IH 10 on Huebner Rd.
