On Friday, April 5, 2019, the Suspect met the Victim for the first time with the understanding they were just going to hangout. The Suspect helped the Victim by taking her to several appointments across the city. When they returned to the Victim’s apartment, she told the Suspect she was tired, and asked him to leave. The Suspect became upset because she only gave him $10 dollars for gasoline. As the Suspect was leaving he took the Victims bottle of liquor. The Victim and Suspect began to struggle as she attempted to take her property back. The Suspect pinned the Victim against a wall with his forearm pressed against the Victims throat causing her to feel pain and obstruct her breathing. A witness observed and yelled out to the Suspect the police were being called. The Suspect fled the scene in his vehicle.
