Synopsis:
On Wednesday May 16, 2018 between hours of 6:45 p.m. and 6:55 p.m. a male suspect approached the victims vehicle that was having maintenance done at 1603 Vance Jackson. When the service was completed the vehicle was moved out of the bay. An unknown male then got into the vehicle and drove away.
