SAPD18034709 Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Synopsis:
On Sunday February 18, 2018, the suspect walked onto the parking lot to the Texas Roadhouse located at Loop 410 and Cinema Ridge. From the parking lot, the suspect opened fire on a family seated on a bench outside the front door to the restaurant. Five restaurant patrons from the same family suffered gunshot wounds. The suspect was described as a tall, thin, black or Hispanic male about 6’ tall. He wore a white t-shirt, dark pants, and dark colored sneakers. The suspect placed a towel over his head to mask his identity. The suspect fled on foot south from the Texas Roadhouse.
