Offense: Homicide Universal City PD Case 92-6393 Complainant: Brenda Kay Epperson Needed to solve the case: Information leading to the identity and arrest of the person responsible for Brenda?s death. Location of offense: 2125 Universal City Blvd Universal City, TX 78148 ? Peppermill Apartments Synopsis: On May 17th 1992 Universal City Police responded to a disturbance call at Brenda Kay Epperson?s third floor apartment located at 2125 Universal City Blvd. The officers found Brenda deceased inside, the apparent victim of a homicide. The perpetrator fled the location before officers arrived.
