On Wednesday, January 16, 2019 two Hispanic males entered the Walmart located at 5555 De Zavala and selected merchandise. The Hispanic males went to the self-check out register to pay for the merchandise. Both Hispanic males intentionally only scanned some of the items they were purchasing and then placed the merchandise in the bag and proceeded to leave the store. The theft sensor was activated as the males exited through the doors. An employee asked the male carrying the bag to look at it but he refused and stated he had a gun and would shoot him. Both suspects then fled the location with the stolen merchandise.
