Synopsis:
On October 6, 2017 at approximately 9:30 P.M., Jaen Carlo Pecina had just arrived home in the 300 block of Cortez Ave. He was walking up his driveway towards a gate when an unknown suspect shot him multiple times. The unknown suspect fled in a dark colored SUV. Pecina was pronounced deceased at the scene.
