Synopsis: On Thursday December 3, 2015 at approximately 2 a.m., Officers responded to the 900 block of Dawson St. The arriving Officers located the Victim lying in the street suffering from severe injuries. The injuries were caused by the driver of an unknown vehicle, which struck the Victim and fled the scene. The Victim later died at the hospital from the injuries caused by the crash.
