Synopsis:
Victim 1: Frank Cervantes 46 Years Old
Victim 2: Daniel Alvarado 35 YO Suspect
Suspect Vehicle: 2000-2005 Cadillac 4dr, possible STS, beige or white in color
On Saturday, October 1st, 2005, a witness saw the suspect vehicle drive past her residence in the 4600 block of Clark with the complainants red truck following. She watched as both vehicles pulled off to the side of the road in the 100 block of Coney facing east, with the suspect vehicle stopping in front of the complainants vehicle. The witness later heard gunshots from the direction where the vehicles had stopped. The witness then observed the suspect vehicle take off with its headlights off. The witness was unable to give a description of the suspects other than it was two males in the car. Both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were found outside the truck.
