On Thursday July 24, 2014 at approximately 12:40p.m. a male victim was waiting for a bus at the intersection of E. Commerce and Soledad when he noticed a young female being harassed by the suspect. The victim told the suspect to leave the young lady alone. The suspect ignored the victim and continued to pester the woman. The victim again told the suspect to leave the female alone. The suspect became upset and attacked the victim with a knife. The suspect then fled from the location. Cameras on a nearby Via bus recorded the suspect at the location.
