|Synopsis:||Offense: Felony Evading - Vehicle UTPD14-0134 Complainant: University of Texas Health Science Center Synopsis: On Saturday, March 1, 2014, at approximately 1:49 am, a green, 4dr, Ford, Taurus, occupied by three male suspects pulled into the parking lot of the Exxon gas station located at 2311 Babcock Road, San Antonio, Texas. Two suspects entered the Exxon and stole property from the store. Suspect #1 committed the theft while Suspect #2 acted as the "look out." University of Texas Health Science Center Police responded and pursued the suspect vehicle as it fled. The suspects were able to avoid apprehension when the pursuit became a danger to the public. Suspect #1 is a White or Hispanic male, 5`08 to 5`09, 160-170 lbs, 18-20 years old, black bushy hair, wearing a white t-shirt under a gray long sleeve Henley style two button pullover, dark colored pants, and tan boots. Suspect #2 is a Hispanic male, 5`08 to 5`09, 160-170 lbs, 18-20 years old, short dark hair, light mustache, wearing a black `New York Yankees" baseball cap with camouflage rim, black t-shirt, silver necklace with pendant, black pants, white tennis shoes with red trim, a tattoo on the inside of his left forearm, with a black bracelet on his left wrist.
