SAPD13146982 On July 8, 2013 at approximately 2:00pm Martha C. Batchelor was found deceased in her apartment, the apparent victim of a homicide. There is also evidence Ms. Martha was sexually assaulted. The suspect maybe known to Ms. Martha as there were no signs of forced entry into her apartment.
